How to define user permissions for order viewing

When an order enters automation.app you’ll define an automation to assign the contributor user. That way, when that user logs in, the person will see that order.

1. Creating the user with limited permissions:

https://app.automation.app/organization/invite

2. Assigning an order to a user:

https://app.automation.app/automations/create

Notice

The user will also be able to access customer profiles in the CRM and thereby access other orders from the same user – even when these are not assigned to the user.

This can be changed if you need it. Please contact [email protected] if you want to disable the related orders by same customer access for collaborator and other sub-user accounts.
